  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Original tags attached
  • Original or similar packaging

  • Cash refunds (exchanges only)
  • Requests after 7 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or promotional items

How to Exchange

Contact Us Within 7 Days

WhatsApp us with your order number (FF-YYMMDD-XXXX) and reason for exchange. We will confirm eligibility.

Pack the Item

Pack the item unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, in its original packaging if possible.

Ship it Back

Send to our Sialkot address via any courier. We recommend using a trackable service. Return shipping is at your cost.

We Process & Reship

We inspect the item within 2–3 days of receiving it and dispatch your replacement. COD applies to the new delivery.

Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend a trackable courier. FitForge is not liable for items lost during the return shipment.
